This hotel offers a fantastic stay with excellent views of Tokyo from the higher floors, and the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. The dining options are diverse and enjoyable, while the hotel's location provides convenient access to public transportation. However, the rooms can feel a bit small, which is quite common in Tokyo, and navigating the area initially can be challenging for those not familiar with the subway system.

I had a wonderful stay at the Park Hotel Tokyo! The hotel is beautifully modern, and the views-especially from our artist room-were stunning. The quick access to two nearby metro stations made exploring the city convenient. However, the service at the lounge could have been better stocked during our first night. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with delightful amenities and excellent breakfast options, making it great value for money.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with an amazing view of the Tokyo Tower. The room was clean and comfortable, but it did have a lingering musty odor that wasn't ideal. The service was attentive, but I had a minor issue with getting a dinner reservation handled. The location was excellent, making it easy to navigate Tokyo. Overall, a great experience, though there's room for improvement in some areas.

Rooms

The room offered a fantastic view of the Tokyo Tower and was nicely furnished, but the damp smell was quite off-putting.
Service

The service was attentive and helpful, though they were a bit hesitant with dinner reservations.
Location

Dining

The breakfast had a good variety, but there were some inconsistencies in the food quality that could be improved.
Facilities

Facilities were decent, but the corridor carpets were an eyesore compared to the beautiful artwork displayed throughout the hotel.

The Park Hotel is a well-kept place with excellent service and modern decor. While the location felt a bit quiet at night, the attentive staff were eager to help, and our room was eventually upgraded. However, some amenities like late-night coffee service could improve the experience.

Rooms
7.0
Our original room was somewhat small and dreary but after a quick complaint, we were moved to a better room that was more comfortable. The AC in our first room was not working well, but the beds were cozy.
Service
9.0
The staff was incredibly gracious and quick to respond to our concerns, making the stay enjoyable despite our initial room issues.
Location
6.0
The hotel is situated in the Shiodome area, which was quite quiet in the evenings. While close to transport options, it may not be ideal for first-time visitors looking for a vibrant atmosphere.
Dining
8.0
We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant in the lounge. Although we usually avoid hotel dining, the meal we had was delicious.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel features an appealing collection of artwork and well-maintained public areas, but additional amenities like 24-hour coffee service would enhance the experience.

The Park Hotel is conveniently located with great transport links, making it easy to explore the city. The lobby area feels luxurious, and the breakfast selection is impressive, with a range of options available. On the downside, the rooms are quite small and could use more space, which detracts from the overall experience. While the service from the staff was commendable, the lack of room size is noticeable and should be considered when booking.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms are cozy but quite small, leaving little space to move around comfortably.
Service

The staff were professional and went out of their way to assist, which made for a pleasant experience.
